  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups cauliflower cooked and chopped
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup colby jack cheese divided
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
