Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups cauliflower cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup colby jack cheese divided
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F

  2. In a medium casserole dish add the chicken, bacon, garlic, cauliflower, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheese.

  3. Stir until combined well.

  4. Top with cheese.

  5. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted on top.
