Keto Cookies and Cream Fat Bombs

  • 1 Chocolate Quest Beyond Cereal Protein Bar
  • 1 stick grass-fed butter
  • 12 oz green-wise or full fat cream cheese
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons organic heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup erythritol powdered or granulated


  1. Place the cereal protein bar in a food processor and blend until in crumbs
  2. Place all remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.
  3. Scrap batter into a parchment lined bowl and freeze for ~10 minutes
  4. Once firm, roll batter into 1-1.5 inch diameter balls
  5. Roll balls onto the chocolate crumbs.
  6. Serve immediately and keep extras (if any) in the freezer.
