Ingredients

  • 8 medjool dates pitted 11-12 if using smaller pitted dates
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 single serve packets of Quest Cinnamon Crunch protein powder
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk of choice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blend until well combined and then form into balls.
  • I make about ~15-16 1 inch balls.
  • Store what ever you don't eat in the fridge.
