S'mores Protein Donut

Ingredients

  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 48 g S'mores MyOatmeal
  • ½ cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop MyOatmeal vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk any

Instructions

  • Blend all but the last 4 ingredients on high in a blender.
  • Add S'mores MyOatmeal to blender on low.
  • Pour batter into greased donut pans and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350F
  • Mix the last 3 ingredients in a separate bowl to make frosting.
  • Frost donuts once cool
