S'mores Protein Donut

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 48 g S'mores MyOatmeal
  • 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop MyOatmeal vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk any

Instructions

  1. Blend all but the last 4 ingredients on high in a blender.
  2. Add S'mores MyOatmeal to blender on low.
  3. Pour batter into greased donut pans and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350F
  4. Mix the last 3 ingredients in a separate bowl to make frosting.
  5. Frost donuts once cool
