1 granny smith apple 5 red potatoes 1 pork tenderloin ½ teaspoon Rosemary 1 teaspoon Montreal Seasoning
Rinse off apple and potatoes
Dice apple and potatoes into 1x1 chunks
Season pork with Montreal seasoning and put in stone
Place chopped apples and potatoes in stone on top of pork loin and season with rosemary
Place top on stone and microwave on full power for 20 minutes
With a cooking thermometer check the internal temperature of the pork. I cook mine until it is 165F.
Remove the stone from the microwave and carve the pork as desired and enjoy.
