Dark Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 3 servings chocolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup egg whites
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 375
  2. Combine all ingredients except the dark chocolate chips into a blender
  3. Pour batter into a greased baking pan or muffin pan
  4. Top with dark chocolate
  5. Bake for 15 minutes
