Ingredients

  • 10 oz Bacon Wrapped chuck tender filets 2 5oz, at room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390F for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper the bacon wrapped chuck tender filets.
  • Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, flip the steak over and cook for an additional 6 minutes. This will result in a medium rare steak between 130-133F.
  • Open the air fryer basket and transfer your steak to a plate. Let sit for 5 minutes before eating. Top with butter or desired toppings.
