Broiled Walleye

Make delicious broiled walleye in less than 10 minutes! Simply flavored with salt, pepper, lemon and garlic, these walleye filets are easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 3 Walleye 4-5 oz each fillet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 lemon juice

Instructions

  • Top the walleye with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to a greased casserole dish or broiler safe dish.
  • Broil on high for 6 minutes
  • Add in the lemon juice and minced garlic to the top of the walleye
  • Broil for another 2 minutes until internal temp is 145f with a meat thermometer
