Broiled Walleye

- 3 Walleye 4-5 oz each fillet
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 lemon juice
Top the walleye with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a greased casserole dish or broiler safe dish.
Broil on high for 6 minutes
Add in the lemon juice and minced garlic to the top of the walleye
Broil for another 2 minutes until internal temp is 145f with a meat thermometer
