Ingredients

  • 16 oz Brussels halved
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon coconut aminos tamari or soy sauce

Instructions

  • Cut the brussel sprouts in half. Transfer them to a bowl.
  • Add all of the ingredients. Coat evenly.
  • Transfer to the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 390F for 10 minutes flipping half way.

Notes

  • Flip the brussel sprouts halfway through the cook time (after about 5 minutes) to make sure they cook evenly.
  • If you like them extra crispy instead of Al dente, cook them for a total of 15 minutes
