Baked Frozen Keto Turkey Meatballs

Cooking these frozen ground turkey meatballs in the oven is great way to make these meatballs and if you are making these meatballs in a big batch, it is both quick and easy. The oven provides a nice even browning to these frozen ground turkey meatballs.

  • In a large mixing bowl add in your ground turkey, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt
  • and black pepper. Mix together till everything is combined
  • Let the ingredients set for 30 minutes in the fridge
  • Using a ice cream scoop. Scoop into balls 25 meatballs (about 1.5 inch)
  • Place the Meatballs on a lined baking sheet and freeze.
  • Once they are frozen transfer the frozen meatballs into a gallon sized baggie.
  • Once you’re ready to cook the meatballs, pre-heat oven to 375F. Cook for 20 minutes
  • flipping halfway. Make sure they come up to 165F.
