Blackstone Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs on the Blackstone griddle is a simple and quick way to cook your eggs. These eggs are done in just four minutes! This is one of my favorites when I am out traveling in the RV or just in my own cozy backyard.

Equipment

  • Blackstone

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Crack the eggs into a medium bowl. Whisk until light and fluffy then mix in the salt and pepper.
  • Preheat griddle to medium high. Top with oil or you can cook bacon on the blackstone first and cook it in the bacon grease. That is what I did for this recipe.
  • Pour whisked eggs onto the hot griddle. They will cook and bubble up quick.
  • Scrap and flip the eggs quickly to prevent them from burning.
  • Remove from the griddle and top with parmesan cheese.
  • Optionally top with sliced chives.

Notes

Since the griddle is HOT these eggs will cook super quick! They will cook in less than 2 minutes.
