  • Season the chicken tenders. Coat the chicken tenders with the avocado oil, salt and pepper.
  • Cooking the chicken tenders. Preheat Blackstone to medium high heat. Once hot, add chicken tenders. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until the chicken tenders reach an internal temperature of 165F.
  • Apply the teriyaki sauce. Turn the Blackstone griddle off, but don't remove the tenders. Coat the chicken tenders with sauce and cover for 1 minute. This allows the sauce to thicken.
  • Remove chicken from griddle. Carefully remove the chicken tenders from the flat top grill. Wait 5 minutes before cutting or eating.

Notes

Remove from Blackstone once internal temperature reaches 165F.
