Blackstone Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 12 oz brussel sprouts
  • 6 pieces of bacon
  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • First place the bacon on the Blackstone Griddle. Cook bacon until it's crispy. Remove the bacon from the griddle and place on a few paper towels.
  • Next cut the Brussel sprouts in half. Place them onto the griddle in a single layer and coat them in bacon grease.
  • Top the Brussel sprouts with salt and pepper. Cook on medium with hood closed for 4 minutes. Flip the Brussels and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender and charred.
  • Remove Brussel sprouts from the griddle and transfer to a medium bowl. Chops bacon and place on top of the Brussel sprouts. Mix well
  • Optionally top with balsamic glaze.
  • Serve immediately.
