Parmesan Asparagus
Roasted Parmesan Asparagus are literally to die for. If you like baked vegetables this is a very simple and delicious side you can serve weekly with any entree.

1 lb asparagus ends removed 2 tablespoon avocado oil ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 6 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
Heat Oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place asparagus onto a sheet pan, drizzle with avocado oil. Roll the asparagus on the sheet pan until they are coated with oil
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.
Bake for 5-6 minutes. Turn oven to broil and brown another 2 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining parmesan cheese.
