- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ plum sliced
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ fresh peach
- 1 Kiwi fruit
- 1 tablespoon coconut chips
In a blender combine the ice, frozen blueberries, plum, frozen strawberries, coconut milk and half of the chia seeds.
Once blended, pour mixture into a bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
