Fruity Popsicle Sparkling Cocktails #BrunchWeek

Ingredients

  • 1 overly ripe pineapple
  • 1 kiwi
  • Your favorite champagne or sparkling wine.
  • Nielsen-Massey Orange Extract
  • Sage Fruit Breeze apples

Instructions

  1. Clean one overly ripe pineapple and toss into a blend. Blend on high.
  2. Slice one kiwi
  3. Pour pineapple mixture ~1/4 full and free for an hour.
  4. Remove from freezer. Add kiwi slices.
  5. Pour remaining pineapple mixture into popsicle molds.
  6. Freeze ~2 hours.
  7. Take 2 glasses and place a popsicle in each.
  8. Grab your favorite champagne or sparkling wine. Pop the top and pour.
  9. Add a few drops of Nielsen-Massey Orange Extract and garnish with apple slices.
  10. Enjoy!
