The Best Protein Brownie Recipe

- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ⅔ cup melted coconut oil separated
- ¾ cup boiling water
- ½ truvia baking blend
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup stevia powder
- 4 eggs
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- ½ tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon xanthan gum
- 6 scoops Gnarly Slim
Pre-heat oven to 350F
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, or can spray with oil
In a mixer, add cocoa powder and baking soda.
Combine on the lowest setting.
Next add ⅓ cup melted Coconut oil and boiling water.
Mix until blended and thickened.
Add in sugar, eggs and remaining coconut oil
Next add in flour, vanilla extract, xanthan gum, salt and protein powder.
Pour batter evenly into lined pan (I used a square glass pan)
Bake for 35 minutes.
