Cook bacon in large skillet over medium high heat until crispy. Remove bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Then roughly chop.

Remove bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Then roughly chop. Add in brussels sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are golden brown, 5-8 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and toss bacon back into pan.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve immediately. 

SERVE WITH
