Slice the steak into thin strips. Crack  eggs into a bowl and mix with a whisk until fluffy.

Cook until the steak is warm. Remove steak from pan.

Cook eggs, scraping the bottom and flipping with a spatula as needed.

Transfer eggs to a plate with the steak. Serve with sliced avocado.
