Add oil or bacon fat to the griddle

Add the steaks to the Blackstone

Flip ribeye once they have fully seared and are not stuck to the griddle.

Remove from the Blackstone and let rest for 5 minutes.

Optionally add butter or blue/gorgonzola cheese to steak
