Hey guys! I have some super exciting news to announce! My friend Faith Gorsky and I have teamed up to create something that I believe will be able to help thousands, if not MILLIONS of people across the globe….. The Keto Queens.
We’re just 2 people and we wanted a way to help as many people as possible so we’ve created a new website called The Keto Queens.
If you’ve been watching my Instagram stories you already know what The Keto Queens is all about. For those of you who don’t know, TKQ is a website solely devoted to making a Ketogenic Lifestyle approachable to anyone and everyone, no matter your starting point on your health journey.
We created TKQ because we wanted to provide resources for newbies, seasoned veterans and the curious who want to follow a keto/ketogenic diet.
Many of you already know what a ketogenic AKA keto diet is if you’ve been following my blog, but for those of you who just started following me, a keto diet is very high in fat (70-75%), very low in carbohydrates (5-10%), and contains a moderate amount of protein (20-25%). By restricting carbohydrates, it forces our bodies to run on fat primarily for fuel instead of using glucose as our primary fuel source.
Now, why would someone want to follow a ketogenic diet?
Back in the day when I went to school to become a dietitian, the only time I ever heard of the ketogenic diet being used was to treat epilepsy. But new research is emerging about a ketogenic diets being used to treat diabetes, insulin resistance, MS, Parkinson’s disease, control blood sugars, weight loss, along with a lot of n=1 experiments where people are curing their PCOS, depression, insomnia (ME), regulating hormones, and so much more! We will also being reviewing a bunch of keto products so you don’t go out and waste a bunch of money, you can let us do the testing first! We will be launching meal plans, shopping lists and videos down the road too!
So this website will be a little different than my current website in that it won’t have a lot of the personal stories or workouts or my traveling adventures. It’s going to be strictly keto. No fluff, just the stuff you need to know.
Not much will be changing on my blog content wise, other than I hopefully will be publishing more frequently. Also, you’ll notice that I have rebranded my homepage and services. After going to KetoCon in Austin, TX in September I realized that my true passion is a Ketogenic Low Carb High Fat diet. So I made the decision to niche down and make this my specialty.

I’m hoping that by following a keto diet myself, I will be able to help my clients on a deeper level because I know what they’re going through because I’m doing it myself.
