One of my easy go to smoothies is this refreshing berry smoothie. It is packed full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and Omega 3 fatty acids. When I’ve had days where I haven’t eaten the best, drinking one of these makes me feel better about all of the things that I should have eaten.
Do you ever have those days where you pack your lunch and snacks and they are foods that you like (and healthy) but you don’t feel like eating them and instead you go out to lunch or grab something from the vending machine or maybe your co-workers brought in baked goods. Well, whenever I have those days I go home and drink one of these. I usually have these or something close to this already pre-made in my fridge because they are so convenient to have on hand.
I love having smoothies stock piled in my refrigerator especially in the summer because there is something about drinking a cold smoothie on a hot summer day that is so refreshing. These are also perfect for an easy to grab snack or breakfast option.
