So, what is an Anti-Inflammatory Diet? No it's not a fad diet or a weight loss diet. It is a diet that promotes increasing foods that help prevent and neutralize inflammation and free radicals, and avoiding those foods that are known to cause inflammation. Guilt Free, artificial sweetener free, high protein, low fat, GREAT TASTING cheesecake. Sounds too good to be true right? WRONG! Do I have your attention now?
