A keto diet is not some fad diet, but instead it is a lifestyle. Following a keto diet can be difficult at first, but I hope that these weekly keto meal plans can make it a little easier for you and your family.
So here goes nothing!
This was a little bit of a shorter week because I went away to Appalachacola for my birthday but here goes nothing!
LOW CARB CAULIFLOWER SOUP
PICKLES–I’M NOT A HUGE PICKLE FAN BUT THESE WERE PRETTY TASTY! I picked them up at Aldis.
HASS AVOCADOS-Aldis find for 0.79 cents each!
KERRY GOLD GRASS-FED CHEESE-
Another Aldis find! You can tell I have a theme here. I’m all about budget shopping and Aldis has some of the cheapest prices for grass-fed cheese and organic produce.
INSTANT POT PULLED PORK BUTT
I Seasoned a 3# pork butt with salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and garlic salt. I put in 1 cup of water. I was super lazy so I didn’t brown the pork butt on all sides. To cut down on the cooking time you can cut the pork butt into smaller pieces, but again–me being super lazy I just put it in whole.
To cook a whole pork butt in the instant pot it takes ~1 hour and 30 minutes on manual high pressure with a natural pressure release. If you chop up the pork butt into 4 or 5 pieces it will cook in about 60 minutes.

FARM FRESH EGGS AND UNCURED BACON
I get the farm fresh eggs from my hair dresser because she lives out in county and the uncured bacon I picked up at Aldis. Soon I will be getting my own chickens, ducks and goats, but until then I’ll continue to purchase them.
KETO MEAL PLAN
Bullet proof coffee (not pictured). Put everything in a blender a enjoy!
- Instant Coffee + 6oz hot water
- 1 Tbsp Publix Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp Kerry Gold Salted Butter
- 2 Tbsp MCT Oil
- 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
Eggs and Bacon
- 3 farm fresh chicken eggs (I mixed it up between scrambled and fried)
- 2 slices uncured bacon
- I cooked the eggs in ~1 tsp of bacon fat (I store my bacon fat in a mason jar in the fridge and use it to cook my eggs and to re-heat other foods on the stove with)
1 Serving Low Carb Cauliflower soup + 1/2 hass avocado
Instant Pot Pork Butt
- 3oz shredded pork butt
- 1oz kerry gold cheese shredded
- 1/2 hass avocado
- Cholula hot sauce
- 2 half sour pickles
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cumin
- Garlic Power
- Onion Powder
- Cayenne Pepper
This comes to 1887kcals, 91g protein, 20.4g total carbs, 11.7g net carbs, 163g fat (77% fat|3% carbs|20% protein)
So this was my meal plan for the week! Super easy since I was only in town for 5 days. Next week there will be more variety I promise! Below are PDF and word doc versions of the meal plans that you can download.
