Do you love Starbuck’s Frappucinos, but hate what they do to your wallet and waist line? If so, then you’ll love my Healthy Java Chip Frappuccino recipe.
Good Morning! If you’re like me and normally eat your breakfast on the way to work then this drink is for you!
This has been my go to drink for the past few weeks. It gives me the energy I need to get my morning started and it is packed full of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals to keep me going until it’s snack time.
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 8oz ice coffee of choice (I use Starbucks Pike Place K-Cups)
- 2 scoops Gnarly Chiseled Chocolate Slim
- Sweetener of choice (I use Vitacost Stevia Extract )
I topped mine with fat free whipped cream and organic cacao nibs. Toppings are optional of course, but this version is delicious and reminds me of the Starbucks Java Chip Frappuccino.

Vitacost.com might be one of my favorite online shopping sites ever!!! It has a bunch of different organic and non-GMO products that I can’t find in my hometown and they are much cheaper than buying them on ebay or amazon.
They also have a bunch of neat baking supplies, sports nutrition supplements, and gluten-free products.
They also have a refer a friend deal where both people get $10 off their purchase of $30. HERE’s my link if you want to sign up and get a free account 🙂 Or you can copy and paste this link http://bit.ly/1yZXjQv into your browser.
