We’re almost half way through the 12 Weeks to Fit Booty Blastin’ Workouts and Healthy Eating Plan Challenge and I thought that I’d share one of my favorite workouts from the challenge, my Booty Blastin’ Workout. It’s 25 minutes of non-stop booty burning exercises to help you get a perkier and rounder booty.
I’ve been doing this workout once a week since August 1st and I can definitely see the difference! The other days I’ve been doing heavy squats, deadlifts, and hip thrusts for booty work.
