What a week! This week was action packed and full new adventures. Crumby, Amanda and I worked our booty’s off! I have some awesome news to share with you all! Amanda has lost 5# since last Wednesday! She’s been busting her butt in the gym and has been following her macros to a T! She hasn’t had any dietary restrictions, and she even ate fast food one day. That’s the beauty of following macros, instead of a strict meal plan. It allows for flexibility so if you’re in a bind or forgot to pack your lunch one day, you can even eat fast food (if you make it fit into your allotted macronutrients), and you will still get amazing results without the guilt of falling off a “diet.”
FitCrumb Adventures Week 3 Recap
Monday was leg day. We started off with a bunch of mobility exercises. It consisted of lots of heavy squats, super-set with plyometrics. Leg presses super-set with calf raises. Split squats super-set with pylometris. Leg extensions super-set with lying leg curls. We off with 10 minutes of HIIT sprints on the bike.
Tuesday was upper body day. We started of with bench presses super set with jump squats. Next we did lat pull downs super sett with jump ropes. We then did 2 tri-sets of bicep, tricep, and shoulder exercise. We finished off the day 10 minutes of incline walking on the treadmill.
Wednesday was glute day (booty booty booty). I did a 30 minutes glute workout with the Therapy girls while on my lunch break and then after work I met up with Crumby and Amanda for a short gym session. We started off with a bunch of mobility exercises with bands. We then did walking lunges and walking side squats (I know there must be a word for this exercise, but you are traveling doing alternating squats). We did stiff leg deadifts super-set with goblet squats. We did glute kickbacks super set with TRX lunges.

After that we headed to another gym close by and did a Zumba class (Amanda convinced Crumby and I both to do this since there was a Groupon and it came out to $1.20 a class!
Thursday was my day off from work and it was also my rest day.
Friday (today) I will be doing a quick arm workout with the Therapy girls on my lunch break and then I’m off at 2:30 and Amanda and I will be headed to Tampa for Gasparilla!!! I am so excited! I will be flooding you all with tons of pirate pictures next week! And thank you Crumby for letting me wear your pirate hat! I would have worn her pirate costume too but my guns are too big 🙂
Saturday I will be at Gasparilla so I won’t be working out, but I will be doing a bunch of walking and I may or may not be carrying an alcoholic beverage. I’ve already packed healthy snacks and meals so that we can minimize any weight gain from this fun little adventure.
Sunday is the Super Bowl so Crumby, Amanda and I will be doing a quick run/walk around the neighborhood before it starts.
