So it took me forever but I finally made my first eBook! I couldn’t think of a catchy title so I went with something generic but descriptive that I can expand upon later in my blogging career. So I present to you….drum roll please…. eBook Volume 1 Protein Bars.
You all know that I am a huge fan of Gnarly Whey, so it shouldn’t come to you as a shock that all of my recipes use their whey. You can substitute any other whey that has a serving size with 25g of protein (sub out two scoops of Gnarly for one 25g serving of whey protein)–Gnarly uses baby scoops so usually with other brands you only need one scoop compared to their 2 scoops, but be carefully when choosing other brands because many of them are packed full of fillers, added sugars, artificial sweeteners and colors that make you look like you are getting more protein when you are really getting more, need I say “crap.”
When going through the eBook if you can’t decide on which bars to make, divide the batter in half or quarters and make a variety pan. That’s what I did when I made a batch for my Aunt and Uncle for Christmas, instead of the usual Christmas cookies.
Any ways, this ebook contains 9 of my favorite homemade protein bar recipes. You can make them in bulk and store them in the refrigerator for easy snack ideas or for a quick breakfast when you are running late in the morning. Remember protein helps satiate hunger. There is no need to wait until New Years to start eating healthy, start making small changes today!
