I did something scary. I made a vlog about why I follow a Ketogenic diet. Improved sleep, enhanced energy, weight loss, clearer skin just to name a few reasons.
So I did something wayyyyyyy out of my comfort zone…I made not 1 but 3 youtube videos starring yours truly! I’ve never made a video with just me in front of the camera talking to the universe. Usually my videos are recipe videos and hands only, these are the farthest from that. It’s just moi.
I know I just abruptly changed the focus of my blog and my practice to low carb and ketogenic diets, so I decided to make a video about why I follow a ketogenic diet.
I discovered something that I never thought would happen…I actually like being in front of a camera. I know I talk fast and I’m working on that, BUT I found it so much easier and more natural to just talk out loud instead of sitting behind a computer and trying to find the right words to type.
