In case you cannot enjoy a sit down breakfast, these bars are the perfect grab and go breakfast or pre-workout bar. Easy to eat in the car or while you are running around in the house trying to get ready in the morning. These Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Coconut Protein Bars (I know it’s a mouth full but there is no better way to describe these amazing bars!) have everything that you could ever want in a protein bar but more. High in fiber, protein, antioxidants and taste great! These bars are so tasty you will think you are eating a candy bar instead. Compliment this with a banana and a glass of almond milk and you will have a recipe for a perfect start to your day!
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Blend all but the last 2 ingredients and then pour mixture into a non-stick baking tin. Top with chocolate chips and unsweetened coconut flakes. Bake for 10 minutes or until it passes the tooth pick check. Let cool and store left overs in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
